The Hanover Tomato Festival showcases artisans unique craftsmanship and local food vendors savory menu items featuring the Hanover Tomato.

This is an outdoor festival held on athletic fields, therefore, vehicle access to your booth space is prohibited so please be prepared to haul your items to and from your booth space.
Hanover County cannot prevent vendor duplication of arts and crafts products but we will do our best to keep similar booths separated. For Franchise businesses, only one representative per franchise is permitted. Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Opens a New Window.
Vendors don't forget to use your creativity and show us your tomato spirit with your booth decorations. Those vendors selected as "Most Spirited" will win a vendor space for the 2021 festival.
Check In Options
Vendors must "check in" to receive the required parking passes. If you are a vendor that is not in the Hanover/Richmond or surrounding area, you may request to have your parking passes mailed to you. You must submit this request via email to Hanovertomatofestival.@hanovercounty.gov by June 12, 2020. Passes will be mailed on June 15th only.

Monday & Tuesday - July 6th & 7th from 9AM-5PM
Wednesday & Thursday - July 8th & 9th from 5PM-7PM.
Event Day Check In: Friday, July 10 / 9:00AM-4:00PM - OR- 5:30PM-8:00PM at the Event Information Tent (final opportunity to pick up parking passes)
