Become a Vendor

The Hanover Tomato Festival showcases artisans unique craftsmanship and local food vendors savory menu items featuring the Hanover Tomato.

To make your participation in the festival as smooth as possible, please read the Rules and Regulations and all event information below before beginning the application process.

Annually, applications are open in December, until spaces are sold out. This is an outdoor festival held on athletic fields, therefore, vehicle access to your booth space is prohibited so please be prepared to haul your items to and from your booth space. Additional options are available to allow for an easier set up and breakdown for vendors. Please see the listing of available "Add On" options while registering.

Hanover County cannot prevent vendor duplication of arts and crafts products but we will do our best to keep similar booths separated. For Franchise businesses, only one representative per franchise is permitted. Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The vendor list is updated weekly.

Most Spirited Tomato Vendor:

Vendors don't forget to use your creativity and show us your tomato spirit with your booth decorations.  Those vendors selected as "Most Spirited" will win a vendor space for the 2020 festival.
